Nobody books breathwork because they want to breathe better. They book it because something has been off for a while and they want it back.
Learn how to tune into the calm side of your own nervous system — make calm your new reality, whatever the situation.
More balance, because you know the tools and how to use them — a clearer head, a longer fuse, more in the tank.
A regulated body rests deeper and more easily. Clients regularly report better sleep after a session.
People ask this more than anything else, usually because they're picturing something stranger than it is. Roughly an hour, at your home, outdoors somewhere quiet, or over video.
What's going on, what you want to be different, and anything health-wise I need to know. No forms, no diagnosis. This is also where I'll tell you if I don't think breathwork is the right tool for what you're describing.
Usually some slow qigong — standing or seated, whatever suits you. It's not exercise and you don't need to be flexible. It settles the body so the breathing goes somewhere instead of bouncing off tension.
You lie down and I guide the whole thing out loud — you never have to remember a pattern or count anything. Some people feel tingling, warmth, or emotion surfacing; some just feel deeply rested. All of it is normal, and you can stop at any point.
A few minutes of quiet before anyone says anything, then time to talk about what came up if you want to. Nobody gets sent straight back out into their day.
You leave with a single technique that fits your life — something short enough to actually do. That's the point: the session is good, but the practice is what changes things. Between sessions there's breatheos, 100+ guided audios from £5 a month.
Muslim and wondering whether this is for you? Sessions can run free from music, mantras and chanting — read more here.
Tell me what you're working towards — I'll be honest about whether I can help.
Feel a difference from your first session — or your money back.
None. Most people who book have never done breathwork before. Everything is guided, and you can stop at any point.
Around an hour, and a little longer for a first session so there's time to talk before we start.
At your home, outdoors somewhere quiet near you, or online. I travel across Surrey, London and further afield.
Every session is different, because every person is. We start with a conversation about what you want to change, then take action accordingly — for some that's guided breathing, for others qigong and movement, often both. You leave with a simple technique to take away.
There's no set number — it depends on where you are and where you want to go. Some people come for a few sessions to learn the tools and take them away. Others prefer to go deeper over the long term, working with the breath month by month as life unfolds. We'll find the rhythm that fits you.
No. Qigong is slow and gentle by design — it can be done standing or seated, and every movement is tailored to you.
It happens, and it's completely normal. The session is held so there's room for it, and there's always time at the end to settle before you go back to your day.
For most people, yes. There are a few conditions — pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular issues, some psychiatric diagnoses — where we adapt or where I'd ask you to check with your doctor first. I always ask before we begin.
It depends on where you are and the format. Message me and I'll tell you plainly — no packages you have to decode.
