Who I am

ROSSI breathwork is run by Joseph Rossi, a sole trader based in the Surrey Hills. I'm the data controller for any personal information you share with me. You can reach me at joseph@rossibreathwork.co.uk.

What I collect

Only what I need to work with you:

• Your name and contact details, when you message me by WhatsApp, email or phone.
• Your email address, if you sign up for occasional notes.
• Relevant health information you choose to tell me before a session — for example anxiety, pregnancy, asthma, epilepsy or cardiovascular conditions — so I can keep the practice safe for you.

How I use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and deliver sessions, adapt the practice safely, invoice for corporate and event bookings, and — only if you've asked for it — send occasional emails. I don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Legal basis

I rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and run sessions, contract where we've agreed work together, consent for marketing emails and for any health information you share, and legal obligation for financial records.

How long I keep it

Enquiry messages for up to two years. Client and health records for up to three years after our last session. Financial records for six years, as HMRC requires. Email sign-ups until you unsubscribe.

Who else sees it

A small number of service providers help me run things — email and messaging providers, and Patreon if you subscribe to breatheos. Each holds only what's needed and processes it under their own terms. Nobody else sees your information unless the law requires it.

Cookies

This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, withdraw consent at any time, or ask me to stop using it. Email me and I'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

A note on health

Breathwork supports wellbeing but isn't medical treatment and doesn't replace care from your GP or clinician. Anything you tell me about your health stays confidential.
