Terms & guarantee

The guarantee

I stand behind every session: if you don't feel a difference, you don't pay for it. Plainly:

• The guarantee applies per session. If a session didn't do anything for you, tell me within 7 days of that session and I'll refund it in full — no interrogation.
• It covers the session you weren't happy with, not sessions you've already had. You can't decide after ten sessions that you'd like the lot refunded — each session earns its keep, one at a time.
• It applies to private 1-1 sessions, in person and online.
• For workplace, event and retreat bookings, refund terms are agreed as part of the booking.
• breatheos subscriptions run through Patreon and follow Patreon's billing terms — you can cancel any time.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Life happens — give me as much notice as you can and we'll rearrange. Outdoor sessions cancelled for weather are always rescheduled or refunded, whichever you prefer.

A note on health

Breathwork supports wellbeing but isn't medical treatment and doesn't replace care from your GP or clinician. Tell me about any health conditions before we start so I can adapt the practice safely.
